Your rate is set by your primary affiliation and the date you register. A registered attendee may bring a guest to the welcome reception.

Activities
The lūʻau and other activities are ticketed separately. Prices to be announced.
How to register

- From your account page, pay through the University of Hawaiʻi ePay system, submit an abstract, and book the hotel.
Payment is processed by the University of Hawaiʻi, not by this website. You'll be taken to the UH ePay store to complete it, exactly as in previous years.

Hotel
The UH Cancer Center holds a contracted room block at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa, with a booking cut-off of April 30, 2027. Block dates and travel directions are on the venue page. Once you've created your account, the booking link for the block is on your account page.
Cancellations
Send cancellation requests in writing to registration@breastdensityworkshop.org. Requests received by May 19, 2027 are refunded less a $50 administrative fee. After May 19, 2027, registration fees are not refunded, because our catering numbers are final with the hotel on that date.
